The Rainbow fish is a well-liked breed among both novice and seasoned fish keepers. They are little fish that get along well with other fish species found in communities.
Since they are schooling fish, ensure that each group has at least 5 or 6. They will feel at ease in their new surroundings if they do this. The males will show their finest colors to the ladies if you keep many of them together. This will make the group look much better.
Rainbow fish are omnivores, feeding them is rather simple. You may feed them basic veggies, earthworms, pellets, or food created specifically for their species. They are not, however, bottom dwellers like some of the others on this list. They like to swim in groups, so make sure the aquarium has enough of room for them. Typically, a group of six rainbow fish may be kept in a 30-gallon tank.
