The only issue was I was unable to track the package at all without calling in and it took over a week to ship. i did not reach anyone for days, and was trasnferred to what appeared to be a call center.

Our fussy cat took to these like nothing else we've put in front of her. Before freight they cost about the same as most canned food. "Ultimates" can't be found locally at the moment so with freight cost included I use these sparingly. I will give other Snappy Tom products a closer look. If I can find them locally then maybe we use these for a while.
