Warranty Policy

Talis-us warrants products (see Exclusions below) to the original purchaser against defective material and workmanship that occurs during normal use for the period stated from the date of original purchase; verified with a copy of the original dated purchase receipt. Company will, at Company’s option, either repair or replace same without charge

EXCLUSIONS

  1. The warranty does not cover premature failure of the product due to accidents such as dropping the product, spillage of water, overheating, fire, lightning etc.; nor improper or excessive use, improper ventilation, incorrect storage, excessive shocks, unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the product, connecting the product to the incorrect electrical supply or, in the case of lamps, the use of damaged or defective fixtures or those with inappropriate ratings
  2. Damage resulting from modification, tampering with or attempted repair by anyone other than the Company.
  3. Transfer of product to someone other than the original consumer purchaser.

FOR WARRANTY/REPAIRS/RETURNS

You must pay any postage, shipping charges, insurance costs and other expenses to return the product to Talis-us. However, if the necessary repairs are covered by the warranty, Talis-us will pay the return shipping charges to any destination within the United States or Canada.
