Great treat—I use these for my cat who loves them. Pure rabbit, (my last order was for 4 bags. The box they arrived in contained 3 bags. I paid for 4. I spoke to customer service to report the shortage but never had resolution as to a credit or another bag.)

The Herpstat 2 Spyderweb is great and keeps my heat sources within a couple of tenths. Very accurate and reliable. It took 1½ weeks to figure out the set-up & probe configuration because there arent many tutorials out there and the instructions were minimal. I ordered on the 20th and had it by the 24th. I will probably purchase another one for a hygrostat

The only issue was I was unable to track the package at all without calling in and it took over a week to ship. i did not reach anyone for days, and was trasnferred to what appeared to be a call center.
Our fussy cat took to these like nothing else we've put in front of her. Before freight they cost about the same as most canned food. "Ultimates" can't be found locally at the moment so with freight cost included I use these sparingly. I will give other Snappy Tom products a closer look. If I can find them locally then maybe we use these for a while.

My dog Leo has been thriving on Pinnacle for his whole life. It was readily available in Newport Beach, CA; at a variety of pet stores. Since moving To Westport, CT a couple months ago, it was impossible to locate and even Chewy was having problems sending anything larger than five pound bags. With a 68 pound adult golden retriever that was not a practical solution. Glad to find Talis that can supply the more practical and economical 22 pound bags in a timely fashion. My dog Leo is glad to continue with his favorite flavors of Pinnacle! Thanks Pinnacle!!!
