All of our dry goods, with the exception of light bulbs, heat tape, and rack/cage systems, come with a 30-day money-back/replacement guarantee for light bulbs, and heat tape 10-day. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is defective please contact us before sending it back for return instructions.
Due to the likelihood of damage in return shipping Talis-us CANNOT accept returns on light bulbs of any type or Rack/Cage systems. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused/resellable. We CAN NOT accept returns on used or abused items.
We will promptly refund your purchase price upon return of the item in its original condition. Shipping & handling is not refundable and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied if you are returning items that are in proper working condition. If you choose "store credit", we will not apply a 15% re-stocking fee at all.
Items can not be returned without original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please contact the manufacturer of the item, or contact us, and we will provide you with the manufacturer's information.
We must receive any defective items first before we can replace them.
If it has been longer than 10 days since you received your products, please contact the manufacturer with any malfunctions or warranty issues. We do not accept returns past 10 days.
Any used items may not be returned for any reason. We must be able to re-sell any returned items that are in normal working condition.
All shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
